Each week students in the the Human Anatomy Lab (BIOS 214L) participate in 2 two-hour fifty-minute lab sessions. During this time students utilize human cadavers, anatomical models, microscopes, HDTVs with interactive software, photos, and x-rays to learn and understand human anatomy. Each lab session is taught by three Anatomy TAs, with Anatomy Interns helping to teach and review anatomical concepts in select labs. Individual and group-study is emphasized. The TAs and Interns provide guidance one-on-one and in small groups to clarify difficult concepts, and to address the concerns of the students.
